We have a great opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our growing team. We need an enthusiastic, eager to learn General Office Assistant to work with our Project Co-ordinator. A passion for building and interior designs would be preferable though not essential. Good computer skills are essential. Might involve site visits but mainly office based. Needs to be flexible with daily tasks as every day is different! Will include taking and actioning meeting notes, assist with schedules and diary, ordering building materials etc, Good under pressure and can think on their feet. Hours are flexible.
